If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated depending on the amount of work completed.

RealmServices is committed to delivering high-quality SEO solutions. However, due to the nature of search engine algorithms and other factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Clients acknowledge that:

  • SEO results vary depending on competition, niche, and other variables.
  • No guarantees are made for specific keyword rankings or traffic levels.
  • RealmServices is not liable for search engine penalties, algorithm updates, or other third-party actions that affect performance.

5. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Outstanding payments must be settled for services rendered up to the termination date.
  • If the client cancels before the end of a prepaid term, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and deliverables produced by RealmServices remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, ownership transfers to the client. RealmServices retains the right to use non-confidential results or anonymised case studies for portfolio or marketing purposes.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information provided will only be used to deliver and manage SEO services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service
